Family Share Storage not working

Hello! I am part of a Family Share that has a lot of storage but my current storage is saying full. How can I take advantage of the Family Share storage?

If you say your current storage is full, are you talking about your iPhone storage? iPhone storage is not the same as iCloud storage.
