Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We’ll be happy to answer your question on how to delete your music library.

Did you sync your music library over from a computer? If so, you can connect your iPhone to your computer and uncheck the option to sync music to your iPhone then click Apply. This would remove all your music. You can read more about this here:

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer

If you don’t sync your music from a computer, you’ll need to follow the steps here to delete your music from your iPhone:

Delete music, movies, and TV shows from your device
