Literally "sticky keys"

Im finding quite often a few of my keys on the keyboard of my MacBook seem to get "sticky" or like the spring below it is going, I don't use it often nor is it very old.

Any care recommendations anyone has to stop this happening?

Anyone else experience the same?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

See if Apple's keyboard service program applies to your Mac:
