administrator account has undeletable folder ~administrator
I am running Catalina 10.15.5. On my administrator account, I have a folder named ~administrator that I cannot delete. What is this? See attached

Control (right) - click on the folder, select Get Info from the contextual menu and see what the ownership and permissions are for that folder. You can try unlock the Info pane an add your account with read and write permissions and try to delete that way.
If the permissions are fine, then try renaming the folder by removing the tilda "~" in case it is causing the problem.
Tried to view a permissions - changed - still cannot delete - silly silly me - feel stupid
