Does your Epson printer support AirPrint over WiFi. If not, your iPad cannot natively print to your printer.

AirPrint requires one of the following to function:

an AirPrint enabled printer, or
a suitable AirPrint enabled print server (such as Lantronix xPrint), or
a suitable App (e.g., Printer Pro) and PC/Mac running a print helper program
a printer-specific print App, compatible with your iOS/iPadOS device, from Epson
