Links to download macOS Mojave no longer functional?

I decided that I want to downgrade my MacBook Pro Mid 2012 from Catalina to Mojave, but the links I found on the web, including Apple's Support site no longer seem to be functional.

When I choose to open the URL with the App Store, I receive an error: "Cannot Connect to App Store." Also, Mojave does not seem to appear in a search of the App Store like I've seen pictured in older articles.

Can someone confirm if it's no longer possible to download an installer for Mojave? If it is possible, can you please direct me to a working hyperlink to do so?
