unlock apple id
I cannot unlock one of my accounts because it sends me to the email that I do not know the password for, if I knew that password I would know the Apple ID password. And I do not know the security questions. Please help.

If the email account is a 3rd party email address, have you gone to the email provider's web site, and looked for a reset password option there?
If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.
If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
