The problem is with my iPad. When I say “hey Siri“ I get no response. Using the mic for dictation works fine. In the “settings“ and then “Siri and search“ the “Listen for Siri” tab is turned on (green).
I’m baffled !

Older iPads and iPad Pro models only support the “Hey Siri” features when they are plugged into their external power/charging adapter.
“ Hey Siri” Gets no response.
