Can I switch from a Max model to a regular model?

Mom bought an iPhone XS Max and absolutely hates the larger phone. Can she exchange it for the smaller size and get her money back from the difference?

If you are referring to your alias that is something you chose and how is it vulgar? As far as the iPhone if she purchased it within the last 14 days from Apple she can return it for a refund then buy the one she wants.
