Hi dear community!
I have a challenge, having "optimized storage" option on (upload photos in the iCloud), I still have 13GB of data on my phone. I have not enough space and I would like to upload all photos into the iCloud. Is there way to force this?
You cannot store all of your photos in iCloud in order to remove them from the phone. iCloud is a syncing service, not off device storage.

If you have optimised photo storage your photos are already in iCloud in high-resolution
many thanks for relies! does Apple have some solution to optimized storage consumed by Photos (now it's 13GB, I'm ok to have all in preview quality on my phone and full quality in the Cloud)?
I believe that’s how it is supposed to work. The full resolution photos are stored in iCloud and the lower resolution photos save space on your device. Hence the optimized storage.
