Cannot restore disabled iPad

My iPad is disabled and it says to connect to iTunes, but for 1, I don't really understand the new Catalina update on the MacBook and for 2, my sleep/wake/lock button does not work so I can't do it the usual way.

For Catalina, use Finder instead of iTunes.
