Change Apple ID
my iPad from work is linked to my work email, but I prefer to use my private Apple ID to synchronize apps. How to change which Apple ID to use?

In Settings/iTunes & App Store, sign out of the work email, and then sign in with your personal email.
Or you can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
