If that doesn't help, can you try this from any other iOS devices you may own?

If that still doesn't help, do you own a Mac? If so, you can follow the steps in this article under the section, "On your Mac".

It sounds like you're wanting to leave a Family Sharing group, but when you go to the page you get a spinning gear. We will be happy to help.

The first thing that we noticed, is that you're connected by VPN. To ensure that this is not VPN related, can you tell us what happens whenever you disable the VPN and try connecting directly?
