Screen time troubleshooting

My child’s screentime stopped syncing with my iPhone. Hasn’t worked in a week. I have turned it off and on. I have reset setting on both devices. Nothing works.

What is their iPhone and iPad’s exact model numbers and what versions of the system software are they running?
