Bootcamp Windows does not show up when I click options

Before I made a new partition everything was fine...however now when I click options while starting up there is no Windows option.I can however see the BootCamp partition in the Startup Disk Settings and also the Disk Utility settings.

Also when I boot Windows using the Startup Disk Setting it says the following

No Bootable Device - Insert a boot disk and press any key.

What is a bootable device, can I use a USB for this?

I'm working towards a deadline so guys please reply ASAP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
