When my friend sends an imessage to me, it gets delivered but it doesnt show up on my phone. When i send an imessage she can see it. Let me clarify that the message my friend sends gets DELIVERED. We both have tried restarting our phones but it is still not working. She has an iphone xs. Could this have something to do with icloud? Thanks, Voozie

Hey baberlives123, I have checked out the website and tried the stuff on there but none of it worked. I forgot to mention that is only happening with one of my contacts. I have no idea what is happening and I have never experienced this before.
Have you checked Settings/Messages/Blocked to make sure the senders email/phone number isn't blocked?
Thanks Eric Root for your response, I did actually have that contact blocked for some reason so I went ahead and unblocked the contact. It did work.
