Loosing sound on Mac

2-3 month ago I had plugged headphones (i'm using these headphones very often) on my Mac Air and after turning up volume Mac lost sound at all. I tried everything but nothing helped, it worked only with bluetooth speaker. After couple of weeks sound fixed itself and it continued working as usual. I was using same headphone again and today exactly same thing happened with the sound.

Can anyone help me? Is there anything I can do or should I just wait if sound returns itself?
