No, you cannot change these either because these are icons designed from the developers of the Website they are linked to.

There is is nothing that can be changed/edited for app icons.
The app developers are the only ones that can edit/change their own app icons.
Why do you feel you need/have to do this?
I’m not talking about app icons, but about icons that I have placed on my home screen for recalling favorite sites.
