I can’t disable my phone won’t let me download apps or update them

Apple ID Has Been Disabled

I have 2 Apple ids on this phone! How can I change this? When I go into settings I have a different Apple ID

Pick which ID you want to use and then review all Settings so you can remove the other ID.
