Delete messageS across all devices

I read in an old post (2015!) that it isn't possible to delete messages across all devices. Is that still the case? There were many complaints and feature requests about this. If so, Apple- wake up - don't your listen to customer requests after we spend gobs of money?

Here's another: APPLE -WE WANT AN OPTION TO DELETE MESSAGES ACROSS ALL APPLE DEVICES. Stop updating emojis and give us useful features!

This is what you get reading an article from 2015. Apple added iCloud Messages after that article which does allow you to delete from all of your devices. You have to activated it on each device and it does not apply to the Apple Watch. Keep in mind after you activate it then your messages are not longer in your iPhone backup so if you delete a thread there is no getting it back.

Hope your yelling at us made you feel better but it was for naught.

Please go back and read the term of service you signed up for, otherwise you know that Apple isn't here to hear your rant in these user to user technical forum.

and based on the hundreds of threads we get from user, who ask how to restore message that was accidentally deleted from device, but is still on another device, it isn't something everyone wants.
