I have my daughter's old I pad, and she no longer uses it, but it is unusable because she no longer remembers the password. It is years old and I do not have any purchase details as the company has gone out of business, although I was with her when it was purchased. How can you help me? I have no idea of its details although I have it connected to my computer
When you say it "years old" how old is it? If it is iPad generation 1, 2, 3, or 4, it will be virtually unusable even if you get in it. Virtually no modern apps will now run on these 8 - 10 year old devices.
