Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue viewing a Shared Album. Have you checked to make sure you have the appropriate settings for this feature? You can find this in Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Photos > Shared Albums. You'll also want to ensure that you are running the latest iOS, iPadOS or macOS for the device you're attempting to view the album from.

You'll find tips to help in viewing the Shared Album in article, If Shared Albums aren't working

If you're still unable to view the album, it may be best to have the creator of the album, remove and re-invite you to see if that corrects this issue.
