Attempted to update. When I click on download Catalina, it says downloading but never does anything.

When downloading from Apple it is always best to connect your mac to your router via cable.

Catalina is a large download at 8.24GBs, so it takes a long time.

Do not use the mac while it is downloading or any other devices that share the same internet connection.
