Well this is what I was looking at... the T&Cs says you have to use within 3 months of setting up your new device.

I'm not sure if they will give it to you anyways.. you could try contacting support like Giulio suggested

how long have you had your new phone? did you buy it new?

If you are signed into your Apple ID, just launch the Apple TV app and you should be prompted to sign up for the offer.

You have to use the offer within 90 days of the purchase of the device. Are you sure that Apple TV+ is available where you live?
