iphone doesn't send photos to android as text

I just bought a new iphone SE. I don't receive photos from android phones. I can't send either. I put MMS on, roaming on, etc. What should I do?

You’ve taken the right steps.

What’s missing is that your cellular carrier must support MMS under your current plan. This may cost extra. Check with them to see if your plan includes MMS.
