Either use a compatible smart TV that has access to the Apple TV app natively;

or use AirPlay to stream from an iOS device to a compatible AirPlay-enabled TV;

or use an HDMI-connected streaming device that has the Apple TV app (Apple TV set-top box, Roku, or Fire TV).
