Put all the phones on the iCloud account with extra storage

I have set up 2 icloud accounts, mistake on my part. On one account I pay for more storage, and the other is the free storage. My phone and my son's is on the one with the free storage and I would like for them to be on the one with the extra storage. My daughter's phone is on the one with the most storage. Is there any way I can just put all the phones on the account with the extra storage, if so how do I do that?
