Can a Table Cell be made to be a hyperlink?

I'm using Pages version 10.1 and I want to make a Table Cell clickable for a hyperlink. Besides layering a text box over the cell I can't seem to make the cell a clickable link. Any idea how I can accomplish this?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15

Select the text in the table cell and go to Format > Add Link in the menu:
