New Macbook Air with very bothering fan noise

My New Macbook Air has a very noisy fan. How can this happen to a new computer with the "best" technology????

Because the ‘best’ technology means a lot of processing power in a conveniently small package, and processing generates heat. Check Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor to see if any CPU processes are high. If your Mac is brand new but you migrated content from a previous computer, Spotlight will index it for searching and that can take a few days.
