Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

Thank you. Between yesterday and today I think I’ve received around 15 of these phone calls! Each one is from a different number-all are from Milipas, CA. Thought it seemed odd and wanted to try and find out if anyone else had this experience before I contacted these people.
I’ve also received about 15 calls from Puyallup, WA area number in a span of an hour and a half - same area code and first 3 digits but last 4 are different. Message says my ICloud has been hacked and asking me to “Press one to connect with Apple support advisor press two to listen to this message again or if you wish to contact us later please call us on my toll-free number 315-232-**** thank you…” Bi. Super annoying!!

I've had 20 calls this morning from Gilroy CA - even tho' I block the number they keep getting through. Saying my iCloud account has been hacked and I should talk to their rep by pressing 1. Very annoying. Glad to know it's not Apple!
I guess, thanks, for letting me know I sent u this message. It would be more beneficial if u had a solution instead on my bank acct stolen the next day; of 2,058...
basically, thank you for breaching my bank account
Forgot to mention that when I dialed the 315 number listed in the VM, it says it’s been blocked because it was reported to be a Spam number trying to collect information
SCAM! Don’t give out any info! Apple will NEVER call you unless you have INITIATED contact with Apple support.
If there is any type of issues with your account, iCloud etc, Apple will email you.
