Sidebar in Notes

I want to takes hand-written notes on my iPad. The things is, I'm left-handed and the sidebar is kind of annoying. Is there a way to change the sidebar so that it is on the right side of the Notes app?

No.

This has never been possible.

You can expand the notes area using the double arrow in the top left corner of the main notes area to temporarily slide the sidebar area out of the way while creating notes or sketches or handwriting notes in the main notes area.
