Trying to upgrade Mac OS but it did not move forward the process
I was on the phone for literally 2 hours with one specialist, and another for over an hour with no help. They tried but recommend I make an in store appt.
I have a mid 2011 Mac desktop. The OS is obsolete and they were trying to upgrade me to the latest OS which I was told was 2013, as my Mac cannot work with anything newer.
I followed the instructions to the T. However my MAC did not move forward in the process at all and the time elapsed stayed the same.
There has to be a way for me to get this baby up and running again. PLEASE HELP!!!
