Folio Touch for Ipad Pro 11” 2020 - Trackpad Not Working

Just gotten my new purchased Logitech folio touch for my IPad Pro 11” 2020 model. Initially when placed my ipad in, noticed that the cursor turned up and trackpad was working fine. Until it prompted me to download the “LogitechControl” app and updates (firmware: v00.13-08.00 App: v1.2.50), the trackpad stopped responding.


Now the Folio Touch only responds with its keyboard, but NOT the trackpad. Anyone encountered such problem and able to help?


Is there a settings that I’m missing out?
