iPad order isn’t showing on Apple Store

I placed an order for the iPad Pro and Apple Pencil on the 4/8/20. My Apple Pencil arrived last week but iPad was saying processing. I just jumped on Apple Store to check my status and now it had completely vanished. When I go on my tracking number it come up as “there was a problem with my request”. Will I be getting the iPad or not? I am soo concerned....

How to check iPad order status? I've ordered a iPad Air 5 and Apple Pencil, both with engravings, on 16th May and I received my pencil within a week. Ipad order still on processing This is my first time purchasing anything from Apple online. I recently purchased the iPad pro 11 on November 19 along with the apple pencil. (delivery window of Dec 2 to Dec 7)The pencil only took a couple day to process and ship while the ipad status is still processing. Is this normal or is it just because we are in a pandemic right now?
