I have changed my Apple ID on iPod and my iPhone but I change it on my Mac. I know lone have that email and I can into my iCloud.

I have changed my Apple ID on my iPod and my iPhone but I am not able to change it on my Mac. I use and old email for iCloud ID but iI know long use this email and the password does not work.
I have changed my Apple ID on iPad and phone but I can not change it on my Mac. I know longer have that email and I'm not able to get into iCloud.
