Next time, try searching Apple's Knowledge Base for Support Articles. For example, enter passwords keychain there and see the list of hits. Then you can tap on Filter to narrow your search.

Go to Settings » Passwords & Accounts. To manually add a password, tap the add button ( + ) , then enter the website and password information.
