I would like you to realize and know one important thing and that is that there is NOTHING that you can do to increase the physical storage capacity of your iPhone. Your iPhone's storage capacity will forever remain the same as the day you bought it.

You have purchased ➔ iCloud Storage from Apple where you can create and save your iPhone backups and synch (Not Store) your Messages, Photos, Contacts, Calendars, Notes and Reminders. Note that iCloud Storage is NOT an extension of storage capacity of your iPhone. Just wanted you to know some facts. Thanks.

Please follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ How to Clear OTHER Category on your iPhone. This process should clear out the trapped space in the "Other" category and free up some space on your iPhone.

You don't have more storage on your iPhone if you buy more iCloud storage.

iCloud storage is not the same as storage on your iPhone.

You can’t buy more storage on your iPhone itself but here are two links that can help you to free up storage on your iPhone:

Optimizing photo storage on your iPhone can help a lot
