Two Major Steps: - Backup then Update

1. Backup First: Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer

You have iOS 13 - but to you have the latest release: iOS 13.6.1?

To Find Out:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: About
4. View: Software Version
