I bought my Iphone 11 pro just one month back and the silent button doesn't seem to work.
Like turn on silent mode using the switch on left-top side it shows silent mode on but the sound
still comes when I receive a ring.

Thanks for your response. Looks like it was a software issue and is fixed with iOS 13.7.
The vibration was working for notifications just not when receiving a call.
