I want to back up my iCloud with mobile data, is it possible?

Is t possible for me to update my iPhone and also backup my iCloud with mobile data?

No, sorry, currently, iCloud backup needs a sufficiently charged iDevice and Wi-Fi. Mobile Data cannot be used to backup.

However, some iCloud features like Contacts, Notes, iCloud Drive can be synched with iCloud using Mobile Data.
