I can’t receive emails to my iCloud account but I can send emails form my iCloud account

I am logged in successfully to my iCloud mail but I can’t receive emails to it

and I can send emails from it .

I tried to log in and log out from the mail but still doesn’t work .

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13
