New iPhone SE doesn’t have voice mail

Voice mail is not set up for the new phone and there is no option when opening the voice mail to set it up

Visual VoiceMail is a feature that is managed by your carrier. Please call your carrier and have them set it up on their side so that it is available on your iPhone.
