If you were using iCloud to store your photos and videos, then you can enable Photos under Settings > Name > iCloud > Photos > turn on. and the photos/videos will sync to your device provided it's plugged in to power and connected to WiFi. Are the photos and videos missing at the moment? If so, then check this -- Get help with missing photos - Apple Support.
