My apple series 5 is just 2days old,before i register it ,i allow it charge for some hours and use it for like 2days.Afterwards battery drain and i charged it but its not coming up.Please i need advice what i can do to it.

Try a hard restart by holding the crown button and the side button down at the same time until the apple logo comes up.

Have done that no luck still.
