iPhone lost or stolen after I set up support appointment

After I set up an appointment for screen repair my daughters iPhone went into update mode and now it’s saying it’s been reported lost or stolen. I never did that.

you can go to iCloud.com and sign into her Apple ID and takeout out of that mode.
