iPhone XS charging issue

I was recently charging my iPhone XS when I noticed that the battery level was stuck at 91% for over 30 minutes. I changed the charging cable to a new outlet but it made no difference. I switched charging cables as well with no luck. I decided to turn off the phone for a while, and turned it back on a few minutes later and the battery level jumped to 94%. Now it’s slowly charging up again more slowly. Anybody else dealt with this? Thanks in advance!
