Turn off two factor authentication

I want to use another Apple ID on my I pad device and want turn off two factor authentication

You cannot turn off 2FA if you've had it for more than 2 weeks. Why do you want to use another Apple ID. Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID they were downloaded under. You would need to repurchase all the apps you use on your current ID under a new ID. Perhaps you could provide a bit more information about why you need or want to do this.
