How to unlock disabled iPhone. I have received two verification codes from trusted devices. They do not work.

If you have a disabled iPhone you must follow these instructions—>If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support or watch this companion video:

Authorization codes are not required to restore the phone.
