Airpods not working properly

my right airpod has been glowing green for a few minutes now and i cant hear any noise coming from it. it’s never done this before (obviously only after i reset them but that’s only inside the case) and idk what to do. i saw only one question like this has been asked already and i did what the answer said to do, which was check for any debris, check if well connected and try resetting. i did all of these multiple times already, but it won’t start working properly. they were working perfectly fine 2 hours ago tho, when i put them on my desk to charge. and now this happened out of nowhere

Hello,

See these steps:

1) Try cleaning it: How to clean your AirPods and EarPods

2) See this: How to Fix Connection Problems with the AirPods

3) Full reset: Reset your AirPods

4) Service: AirPods Service and Repair

Good luck.
