I have followed all the instructions in the community but I still can’t find the option to accept my free subscription. I only see the 7 day for $4.99 offer.

If your device has been activated less than three months ago, this should work.
Since your device should be still under warranty, contact Apple Support and ask them, to look into your personal settings, to find the reason for this.
Did you use your new device to do that, as explained on this Apple TV+ page?
